Peer Reviewer Process

The journal uses a strategy called "double blind peer review." The paper is sent to many reviewers, who are experts in their own fields, to look it over according to the journal's guidelines and the qualities of an excellent research paper.

The same reviewers will look over papers that need to be changed to make sure the quality of the revised work is good enough.

A systematic review and publication strategy is used by the journal:
Step 1: The manuscript is recognized between 12 and 24 hours after it is sent.
Step 2: The manuscript or paper is sent to many reviewers (without the authors' names or affiliations). The review process can last for a maximum of one month.
Step 3: The reviewers' reports are collected, and the chief editor sends them to the authors along with all the publication's rules.
Step 4: If the paper is accepted with changes, the executive editor will give the review reports to the author or corresponding author along with a formal request to make the changes within seven days, based on what the reviewers said. The lead author will send the revised paper to the same reviewers who looked over the original paper to explain why the changes were made. If the reviewers send the work back again, it is said to be finally rejected. The journal is not going to process that work. But if there are only very small changes, the editing board might look at the paper again for more changes.
Step 5: If the paper is accepted, it is edited and sent to the journal for release (soft copy), providing as the terms and conditions are fulfilled.
Step 6: Check for mistakes. The paper will be sent to the author or corresponding author in MS Word by the senior editor so that they can check it for errors.
Step 7: The paper is first put online. The chief editor will let the author or corresponding author know that the work has been published online and include a link for downloading it. Within one week of the paper being posted online, the author or corresponding author can ask for any changes to be made to the published version (if the changes are very important).
Step 8: The journal comes out in print one to two weeks after it comes out online.
Step 9: One week after the paper is printed, the executive editor will ask the authors to send their correct and full mailing address, along with the correct ZIP code and postal code. No later than that date.
Step 10: If possible, the executive editor will give the authors a hard copy of the Al-Qiyadah journal within one or two months of the print edition coming out.
